70x7 Homes knows and understand the commercial construction process. We work closely with our customers to get each project designed, engineered, permitted, and constructed to our customer’s expectations. Our projects come in on time, on budget, and to our customer’s satisfaction.

Our Commercial Process

Planning:Meet with the owners, customers, and/or team members who are responsible for the project.

Pricing: Create an initial scope of work and preliminary review of expenses on the entire project and present it to the customer.

Design: Work with customer to create the virtual finished product that they have envisioned. Involve architects and/or designers as necessary.

Contract, Scope of Work, and Timeline: Negotiate and agree upon a final contract with a detailed scope of work. Provide the customer with a detailed timeline of the project from start to finish.

Engineering: Meet with our licensed engineer to prepare for the zoning and permitting portion of the project.

Permitting: Obtain all necessary permits needed to accomplish the project.

Construction: Begin construction and follow the detailed timeline. Our customers are involved in the various stages of construction to ensure that their expectations will be met upon completion.

Changes: Most projects involve changes at the request of our customers or due to city/county requirements. We always attempt to work with our customers or team members to try to make changes within the existing contract and scope of work, so as to not affect the price of the overall job. When necessary, major changes by our customers will be authorized and a change order will be submitted as an addendum to the contract.

Completion: Once all city/county inspections have been completed and a certificate of occupancy has been issued, our customers will have the opportunity to submit a final punch list of items within the scope of work. After that punch list is completed, the project is considered finished.

Warranty: Our projects include a one-year warranty on all services, labor, and products installed. We also offer our customers an ongoing maintenance contract beyond one year for each specific trade or specialized job.
