Founded in 2010, 70x7 Homes is a family-owned and operated company inspired by the biblical principle of forgiveness found in Matthew 18:21–22. Rob Wetzel, a licensed North Carolina General Contractor, holds an unlimited license, allowing 70x7 Homes to manage projects of any size or scope. With a background in both ministry and construction, Rob has overseen more than 150 residential and commercial builds, earning a reputation for strong leadership, precision, and steadfast dedication to quality.

The Wetzel–David family leads 70x7 Homes as a united team. Ryan Wetzel serves as project manager, working directly in the field with subcontractors to ensure every detail is carried out with efficiency and care. Jessica Wetzel and Rachel David guide the company’s marketing, sales, and client relations, while Jordan David provides creative direction and strategic insight into future projects and opportunities. Together, their shared commitment to craftsmanship and integrity defines the standard of excellence that distinguishes 70x7 Homes.
